Noah Webster Academy conducts a lottery each February. Any siblings, new to the school, enroll during the open enrollment time. New families enroll during our open enrollment and are seated depending on the lottery results.
-3 Full Day Kindergarten classes (half day option available)- 25 per class-1st - 6th, three classes per grade - 25 per class
Once classes are full, remaining names are put on a waiting list until a seat is open.
Unfortunately this cannot be determined. It is not possible to predict when and how many scholar openings may occur during the school year, or the number of scholars who will accept or decline an offer of admission
If you are selected in the lottery or #1 on a waitlist, we will contact you by email and text when an opening in that grade level occurs. The contact information we use is what you enter on the application.
If all seats are full, your child will be put on a waiting list until a seat becomes available.
Applications received after the lottery will be entered at the bottom of the waiting list in the order received. (The waitlist does not carry over into the next school year.)
The wait list will move as families move away, make other plans, decide they are not ready to begin school, or fail to turn in registration materials. Anytime a spot becomes available it will be offered to the family who is #1 on the wait list.
Families will be notified via e-mail regarding their child's placement. Once notified of their child being seated, parents have a specified amount of days to claim the space by completing the 3 steps below. If the parent fails to claim said space by the specified deadline, the acceptance email will be void and their child will lose their allotted space.
Once seated, we will need 3 things to finish the registration process:
To attend kindergarten for the school year starting August 2026, a student must turn 5 on or before September 1, 2026 (born on or before September 1, 2021). This is a state law and no exceptions can be made.
All returning scholars re-enroll for the upcoming year in January.
If your family will be transferring to a new school, please let our school registrar know in advance. The office will need a signed withdrawal form from a parent/guardian and a records request form from the new school.
If you are interested in transferring to NWA during the school year, please fill out an application found on our website. Our registrar will email you information within 48 hours of receiving your request.
