Jim Meyer
Marketing Committee Chair
I grew up in southeastern Wisconsin and moved to Utah in 2001. Before my first year was complete in Utah, I married my dear wife, Sheri. We were blessed with three amazing boys.
When our oldest son was ready to attend Kindergarten, we started to look for an elementary school that would nurture our sons, teach them patriotism, moral values, and receive a great education.
We feel very grateful to have had each of our sons attend NWA. The kind teachers, learning groups and use of technology have prepared our sons to excel academically and as people in Junior High and beyond.
I received an associate degree in Marketing, an undergraduate degree from University of Wisconsin – Whitewater in Physics, and an MBA from Utah State University. However, the degree I’m most proud of is the Ducktorate I earned from the Walt Disney World College Program. Most of my career has been spent in marketing and using software to solve problems.
As a family we enjoy road trips, driving to Wisconsin almost every year, college football (Go BYU Cougars!!!), hiking, biking, and generally being active.
