I'm a Washington State native! I loved being surrounded by the water and tons of trees. Now I live close to Utah Lake. That's close to the same, right? :)
I've called Utah home for 18 years now! I earned my Elementary Education Associate's Degree at Ricks College. That's what they called BYU-I in the "good old days". I earned my Bachelor's Degree from Lewis-Clark State College. It is also in Elementary Education. In 2009 I earned my Master's Degree from Lesley University, a sister school to Harvard, in Curriculum and Assessment.
My amazing husband and I have one son, who is a sweet and sassy teenager. We’ll soon be empty nesters, as he is preparing to fly the coop within the next year.
