Hi! My name is Mrs. Peterson (formerly known as Ms. Maya). I recently got remarried! I grew up mostly here in Orem and attended Mountain View High School. I attended Ricks College/BYU-Idaho before serving a Spanish speaking mission to Montreal, and then attended BYU after my mission. I lived in Canada for 5 years and then returned here to Orem in 2008 to stay. :) My 3 boys and 4 bonus kids keep me busy when I'm not at work. I love to travel and see new places. My favorite foods are pizza, chimichangas, and candy snap grapes. Football and volleyball are my favorite sports and I love cheering on BYU. I started working at NWA in 2017 and I love it! The scholars and staff are wonderful!
