Walker/Biker Permission Form
Please complete this form if you wish to have your child walk or bike home. Walker/Bikers are still permitted to use carpool, but it is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to communicate the schedule of when to walk/bike and when to carpool to their scholar. For safety reasons, any child that is not a Walker/Biker must use carpool.
Walker/Bikers will be dismissed at 2:42pm (12:57pm on Fridays), and will exit through the southeast doors of the school. DO NOT ASK WALKER/BIKERS TO MEET YOU IN THE PARKING LOT OR IN FRONT OF THE SCHOOL. They must be picked up at least 2 blocks from the school. Your walker/biker privilege will be revoked if rules are broken.
Walker/Biker cards will be made and ready for use the same day if this form is submitted by 12:00 pm. Forms submitted after 12:00 pm will be processed the next school day.
Por favor complete este formulario si desea que su hijo camine o vaya en bicicleta a casa. Los caminantes / ciclistas aún pueden usar el viaje compartido, pero es responsabilidad del padre / tutor comunicar el horario de cuándo caminar / andar en bicicleta y cuándo compartir el viaje a su estudiante. Por razones de seguridad, cualquier niño que no sea un caminante / ciclista debe usar el transporte compartido.
Los caminantes / ciclistas saldrán a las 2:42 pm (12:57 pm los viernes), pasarán por alto el gimnasio y saldrán por las puertas sureste de la escuela. No pida a los estudiantes de Walker / Biker que se encuentren con usted al otro lado de la calle. Deben ser recogidas al menos a 2 cuadras de la escuela.
Las tarjetas de Walker / Biker estarán listas para usarse el mismo día si este formulario se envía antes de las 12:00 pm. Los formularios enviados después de las 12:00 p.m. Se procesarán el próximo día escolar.
